A quotation or proposal provided by The Bud is valid for the period specified on the quotation.

An order is considered accepted once the customer has confirmed the order and, where applicable, payment or a required deposit has been received.

The Bud reserves the right to decline an order where we are unable to reasonably provide the requested product or service.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be subject to change before an order is confirmed.

Payment may be made using the payment methods made available on our website, including supported online payment gateways and electronic funds transfer.

Where a service is provided on a recurring basis, the applicable recurring charge will be communicated to the customer before the service commences.

Digital services, including website development, hosting, domain services, email services and Microsoft 365 services, may require information, access credentials, content or approvals from the customer.

Delays caused by missing information, content, approvals or access from the customer may affect the expected completion date.

Once a website or digital service has been approved by the customer and made live, subsequent changes may be chargeable depending on the scope of the requested work.

Some services supplied by The Bud may depend on third-party providers, including hosting companies, domain registrars, software providers, Microsoft, payment providers, telecommunications providers and other technology suppliers.

The Bud is not responsible for outages, failures, price changes, policy changes or interruptions caused by third-party providers outside of our reasonable control.

Customers should maintain appropriate backups of important data.

The Bud will take reasonable care when performing technical work but cannot guarantee that data will never be lost or corrupted during repairs, migrations, upgrades or other technical work.

7. Equipment and Physical Products

Where The Bud supplies physical IT equipment or other products, ownership of the product will transfer to the customer once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Products may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

8. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a service by contacting The Bud in writing.

Recurring services may have specific cancellation periods or minimum terms where these have been agreed with the customer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, The Bud retains ownership of its own systems, software, processes, templates and proprietary materials.

The Bud will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and reliably.

To the extent permitted by law, The Bud will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, third-party service interruptions, loss of business, loss of data or loss of profits.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that a consumer has under applicable South African law.
